Some symptoms of breast cancer are;
* Painless or painful lump in the breast or underarm
* Swelling of breasts
* Pain in breasts
* Swelling in armpit or collarbone
* Changes in shape, size or skin colour of the breasts
* Reddish pitted surface of skin around the breasts
* Nipple discharge (it may be clear, blood stained etc)
* Changes in nipples (pulled in/inverted, itchy, scaly or sores)
* Shrinking of one breast
* Dimpling or puckering in the skin of the breasts
* Marble-like area under the skin of affected breast
* Indented or flat area of the breasts
